Too many business owners are tied up with administrative functions and it’s taking them away from the production and income parts of the business. You need to get rid of some of these tedious jobs and I became an accountant to do that for small business owners so I can do a job I know is able to help businesses succeed.
I’ve always enjoyed managing the number (yes, I know that sounds weird), in addition to assisting companies to get a handle on their finances, manage expenses vs. ROI, strategizing, etc. I enjoy giving the assistance and guidance that helps others to be more focused on their more important functions of servicing and/or selling their clients, patients, customers, etc.
I’ve been in management, consulting, and accounting roles for nearly 20 years now including medical practices, insurance agencies, a direct mail marketing company, and others. I tend to gravitate toward facilitating and strategizing on how to expand companies through financial management, organizing and streamlining, quality control systems, planning, etc. I like being the “right-hand” man so to speak. I enjoy taking the stress out of business owners’ lives so they can focus on the production side of the business – which is usually where they like being most of the time anyway and are best at it.
If you are looking for help with your bookkeeping or accounting, feel free to reach out so we can discuss your needs and see if it would be a good fit. I’ll be honest with you if i don’t feel like I’m the right person for the job with your company; I intend to always do a very good job and won’t take on a job I don’t feel I can do.
